I teach a Microbial Genomics class in the Spring and a Genomics and Bioinformatics class in the Fall. Both these classes have juniors and seniors.

I am interested in testing whether Course-Based Undergraduate Research Experiences (CUREs) enhance student interest in research and hypothesis generation.

I would like to flip some modules of my class so that students can do more in class. I would like to move some of the lecture part out of the class.
